Ethical Shopping

Our health is inextricably linked to the health of our planet. Our happiness is inextricably linked to that of others.

This book helps you put those worthy thoughts into action. The Rough Guide series is better known as a series of excellent travel books, but this book The Rough Guide To Ethical Shopping is as thoroughly researched as any of the travel books.

It looks at the dilemmas we face and discusses the pros and cons of 5 approaches to being an ethical consumer. The second section looks at products and companies. I consider that I'm an ethical shopper, but I didn't find it a comfortable read. It made me realise how easily I can do so much more.
